Accounts Deletion

## Deleting Your Account

You can request deletion of your LevelSquad account and personal
information at any time.

### How to request deletion

**From your account:** Sign in at [portal URL], open your Account page,
and select “Delete my account.”

**By email:** If you can’t sign in or no longer have the app installed,
email [support email] from the address on your account and ask us to
delete it. We’ll confirm your identity before acting on the request.

### Before you can delete

We can’t process a deletion request while you have:

– A booking that hasn’t happened yet
– An unpaid invoice

Complete or cancel any upcoming bookings and settle any outstanding
balance first, then try again.

### What happens next

When your request is accepted:

1. You’re signed out immediately and can no longer sign in.
2. Any upcoming bookings are put on hold.
3. We email you confirming the date your information will be erased.
4. After 30 days, your personal information is permanently erased.

### Changing your mind

You have 30 days. Contact us at [support email] during that window and
we’ll restore your account. After the 30 days pass, erasure is permanent
and cannot be undone.

### What we erase

– Your name, email address, and phone number
– Your profile photo
– Your saved addresses
– Your notification and messaging preferences
– Any device tokens used to send you notifications

### What we keep, and why

We’re legally required to retain records of completed work and payments
for tax and accounting purposes. After erasure we keep:

– Records of bookings you made, including dates, services, and prices
– Invoices and payment records
– Internal notes our staff recorded about the work performed

These records no longer identify you. Your name and contact details are
removed from them and replaced with an anonymous reference.

We keep these records for as long as tax and accounting law requires,
then delete them.
